|
 This was our second year of hosting the Kickoff Party right here at the Motorsport showroom, and the popularity of this event last year went even higher this year. Over a hundred signed up for Friday night, where you could have some great food, see many great Z cars two days before the show, share stories with crowds of other Z enthusiasts, and checked out all of the latest parts available in the MSA store. Special thanks to Group Z for the awesome chili, hamburger & hot dog grilling, and lots of help with everything else. It was a great time. Sold out again! The super-popular performance driving event at the Z-Car West Coast Nationals is a a part of what your Z is all about. The Z was built for road racing, which anybody who has driven one on a winding mountain road knows. This event gives Z enthusiasts many trips around a professionally set up race course, where they can put their Z through the paces it was intended for in a safer environment where all that was hit were a few orange cones. |

| Saturday, April 26, 2008 The Garage Sale & Detail Day |

 Car show Saturday at Motorsport is just a relaxed, peaceful day of Z enthusiasts with a nice, covered place to wash & wax or buff out their Z cars in preparation for the Sunday show, and pick up some great items on great deals at the Motorsport showroom. Well, all except for at 9am, when the large crowd of deal-hungry Z enthusiasts encircling the rows of garage sale parts hear the gun sound, and these normally mild-mannered folks are diving for the parts they've had their eyes on since they lined up before 8am. By the large number of parts that didn't have to be put back away we'll assume that most were happy with the garage sale pricing. Some images of the peaceful day, all of the parts that were at the garage sale before the sale started, and the carnage at 9am, are below for a good chuckle. Don't miss out on the perfect part next year! |

| Saturday, April 26, 2008 The Z Car Banquet |
|
 This was our first year at Merlin's Magic & Comedy Dinner Theater, at The Rib Trader in Orange, CA. From the feedback so far, it seems that the good food, magic-trick wows, and comedy laughs made this a great way to spend the evening before the big show. If you didn't make it to the show but know somebody who did, make sure to ask them what their dinner spoons are really intended for! |
